Sole Agency
Working on an exclusive, ongoing basis for a wide range of positions. TSC ensure that we have a detailed brief on candidate requirements with the objective of providing individuals at a far more advanced level of qualification and assessment than would be the norm. Our targeted interview to hire ratio is 2.5 : 1
Working on a limited exclusivity basis for selected higher level roles. The activity we put behind these campaigns effectively mirrors those of an “executive retained search”. The objective being to produce an interview shortlist of the best available talent not just a processed list of “active” candidates.
Under TSC sole agency terms our clients also have exclusivity to each candidate submitted for the duration of the interview process. TSC work in partnership with our clients to get the right candidate over the line.
Online advertising
We offer a range of premium online advertising options including branded sponsored job listings and advice on social media strategies to maximise exposure for your campaign and high quality candidate attraction. Using our industry expertise we will create a package that will offer the best return on investment for your organisation.
